Do I need an account to book or order?
No. Anyone can search, book a table or place an order without signing up. Only restaurants need an account to list themselves.

Does Interpatagonia Comer cook the food or charge for the order?
No. We're a directory connecting travelers with restaurants. Service, food and payment are always between you and the restaurant, not us.

How do I pay for my table or order?
You pay directly at the restaurant, however they accept payment (cash, card, transfer). Interpatagonia Comer does not process payments between you and the restaurant.

What if I have a problem with my booking or order?
Since service is between you and the restaurant, any claim is resolved directly with them. See details in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I choose "another time" if no listed slot works for me?
Yes. If the time you want isn't available, you can propose another time and the restaurant will coordinate it directly with you.

Does an online order include home delivery?
It depends on the restaurant: some offer delivery and others only pickup — you'll see it on each listing.

I run a restaurant, what do I need to list it?
Register, list your restaurant with real photos, menu and details, and keep your licenses up to date — that's what you agree to in our Terms and Conditions when you sign up.

How much does it cost to list my restaurant?
Nothing to list. We charge a 10% commission on bookings and orders confirmed through the platform.
